PAPERBOAT HOLIDAYS LLP acts solely as a travel organizer and intermediary between customers and independent third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, visa facilitators, and other travel-related suppliers.

Important: We do not own, control, or operate these third-party services and shall not be held liable for their acts, omissions, or service deficiencies.

4. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from PAPERBOAT HOLIDAYS LLP.
• Full payment must be made before travel commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All payments are subject to verification and realization.
• Prices are subject to change due to supplier revisions, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed taxes.
• Any such increase shall be borne by the client.

Note: Failure to make payments within stipulated timelines may result in automatic cancellation without liability to the Company.

5. Pricing & Inclusions

• Prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.
• Package inclusions are limited strictly to those mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
• Services not expressly included shall be chargeable.

6. Amendments & Modifications

All amendment requests must be submitted in writing. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges imposed by suppliers and/or service fees by PAPERBOAT HOLIDAYS LLP.

7. Travel Documents & Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring:

• Valid passport (minimum validity as required)
• Necessary visas and transit visas
• Vaccinations and travel permits
• Compliance with destination laws and regulations

Disclaimer: PAPERBOAT HOLIDAYS LLP shall not be liable for visa rejections, denied boarding, deportation, or losses due to incomplete documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PAPERBOAT HOLIDAYS LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• We shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers.
• We shall not be liable for force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or acts beyond our control.

Total Liability Cap: In all circumstances, total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to PAPERBOAT HOLIDAYS LLP for the specific booking.

9. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. The Company assumes no responsibility for uninsured risks.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, branding, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of PAPERBOAT HOLIDAYS LLP and may not be reproduced without written consent.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
